SUBJECT: PETITION - REOPENING OF MADELEINE MCCANN CASE

When you open the case of Madeleine McCann? You must have an explanation. The child was not abducted by aliens. It is necessary to review testimonials, see everything thoroughly. You must have an explanation. What's going on. To Portugal, I will never, God forbid. Appoint special investigators for this case. You're going to hold hands crossed. I'm reading the book about Madeleine McCann and say even if the parents were drunk at Falls was not the case that the responsibility of the country and especially the city of Algarve-Portugal and Mark Warner. They have more responsibility than the child's parents. What if in all the resorts we parents we needed to be double-eye on our children?

Madeleine's mother, Kate McCann writes and I feel it. Today my children are adults, but they were small joys of my life and my punishment for that responsibility is immense and this responsibility was divided when Madeleine's parents stayed at the Mark Warner resort. If parents go out to drink and have fun with the kids on any street and restaurant people would turn up, but they were "sheltered" in a private place.

This was a British girl, almost 4 years when she was reported missing. There are widely differing views about what really happened to her. The McCann’s say she was abducted. The original senior detective in the case and his team believed that the evidence pointed to Madeleine having died in his parents' apartment.

When the case was filed by the Portuguese, its final report the above two options left open, but said there was enough evidence to accuse anyone of any crime relating to Madeleine’s disappearance. Public opinion varies from those who fully support and believe McCann's account of events, for those who believe that they have reason to doubt him.

The McCann’s recently met with Secretary Alan Johnson to demand a re-investigation into Madeleine’s disappearance and now the new Home Secretary Theresa May also agreed to meet them. The spokesman for the McCann’s own, Mr. Clarence Mitchell, admitted earlier this year that the Madeleine’s disappearance was a complete mystery. 

Although the McCann’s have spent literally millions of pounds, mostly by the public in a series of private detective agencies, none of us has any clue where it could be.

There was no prosecution of any sort that might help establish the truth about what happened to her. A public inquiry with the power to call witnesses is the most likely to be able to get at the truth. All those with eyewitnesses or forensic evidence relevant to give the matter should be called to testify, and be open to questioning.

If you support this petition, you are helping to push the government to hold a public inquiry into Madeleine's disappearance, probably the only way they can establish what could have happened to her. Less
